THE GROUNDS
Please feel free to explore our four acres of grounds. Features include a willow-shrouded pond, a rose garden and mature trees. On arrival please shut the gate as our small herd of Alpacas roam freely. They are curious but timid and will keep their distance, except when you offer them their favourite molasses-flavoured grain, which they love to eat from your hands. Alpaca feeding time is a popular event for children and adults alike and we love to tell the tales of their relationships and adventures. Our peacocks may be found roaming anywhere on the grounds. Our Hungarian Pulis and two cats will appreciate a respectful greeting.
We have a one hundred and fifty year old Mulberry tree, an ancient Cypress, some huge Gums and and many established European trees around the property. Some steps and paths are uneven so be careful when exploring.
